COVID-19

In my lifetime I cannot recall any event that has impacted all of our lives the way that COVID-19 has. As we creep out of our social isolation and into the world of the new normal, I would like you to know about the changes we have made at Heritage Optometry to keep us all safe. 

While we no longer require patients or staff to wear a mask you may continue to do so if you wish. While Covid-19 is not the threat that it once was, we will continue to try to minimize the risks posed by all communicable diseases.

• We ask that you do not come to the office if you are unwell.

• When you come to the clinic we ask that you do not bring family members or friends with you in order to reduce the number of people in the office at one time. Please come alone, unless you require assistance or are assisting someone (eg. young children).

• All office visits are by appointment only. This includes frame adjustments and repairs, picking up glasses, choosing a frame.
  

As we adapt to the new way of working and continue to move forward, we will all become more comfortable with our new routines. We look forward to providing quality care to you in a safe environment, and hope to see you soon.
